SHIPPING UPDATES and Policies
Everything except for original paintings may have delays on shipping.
Update on Neck Gaiters! They are taking up to 6 weeks to deliver to you. The company is transferring orders to whichever factory on earth has ability to work. I'm continuing to make more styles of these since the regular masks have long delays.
Shoes! I found a vendor who has upgraded their platform and am going ahead and creating some sneakers. 21 to 28 day lead times. Still free shipping.
Looking for a new mask vendor. The one I sampled previously had poor quality color. I have cancelled all masks awaiting a new vendor. 'm continuing with the neck gaiters.
Limited edition prints lead time is 14 to 21 days to your door.

All Shipping is free.
At this time special shipping services such as 2 day delivery are not available unless approved by us. Most of the print on demand products have varying production times and cannot be guaranteed to arrive on a quick ship schedule. Please contact us directly for quick ship on paintings.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
Your items can be shipped anywhere as long as the shipping flights are happening.
PRODUCTION TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Shipping times will include production and delivery schedules together. You may see your packages sooner than expected in some cases where shipping will be quick.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. You will receive an email with the tracking number on delivery. After that period, you can track your order at your country's post website.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct and incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
